1. Position Context
As part of the operational launch of a high-end residential real estate project in Rabat, we are recruiting an experienced Site Director (M/F) specialized in the technical, operational, and relational management of premium residential complexes, upscale hotels, or high-standard tertiary sites.
As the true conductor of the site, the Site Director oversees all operations, manages service providers, maintains relations with the property management company and residents, and ensures that quality standards are upheld in this exceptional environment.
2. Main Responsibilities
A. Operational Management
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities with the property management company, service providers (security, cleaning, maintenance, landscaping, reception, etc.), and internal teams.
- Monitor the proper execution of maintenance and service contracts.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and the smooth operation of all facilities and common areas.
- Implement operational procedures and ensure compliance with property rules and quality standards.
- Track performance indicators (quality, responsiveness, resident satisfaction) rigorously.
B. Technical Management and Maintenance
- Develop, plan, and monitor the site’s preventive and corrective maintenance plan.
- Supervise external contractors and validate their intervention reports.
- Identify maintenance, upgrading, or renovation needs.
- Ensure technical and regulatory compliance of all installations (safety, hygiene, accessibility, environment).
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the site’s technical operations.
C. Resident Relations and Service Quality
- Act as the main point of contact for residents and owners regarding all site management matters.
- Handle complaints, incidents, and specific requests with diplomacy and responsiveness.
- Maintain a high level of resident satisfaction through effective communication and personalized follow-up.
- Organize periodic meetings or communications to ensure transparency in site management.
D. Image and Positioning of the Site
- Ensure alignment between day-to-day operations and the high-end positioning of the site.
- Guarantee that service quality, staff behavior, and operations reflect the project’s premium standards.
- Contribute to the site’s image enhancement through internal communication, hospitality, or event initiatives.
E. Team Management and Reporting
- Supervise and lead on-site teams (maintenance, security, concierge, etc.).
- Develop team skills and motivation.
- Provide regular reports to management: technical status, incidents, service provider follow-up, dashboards, and budgets.
- Contribute to defining and monitoring the annual operating budget.
3. Desired Profile
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Real Estate Management, Engineering, Hospitality, Facility Management, or equivalent).
Experience:
5 to 8 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within high-end residential management, luxury hospitality, premium buildings, or mixed-use complexes.
Key Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems and multi-technical installations (HVAC, electricity, plumbing, elevators, landscaping).
- Knowledge of Moroccan regulations related to co-ownership and maintenance.
- Strong organizational and managerial skills.
- Excellent communication and client service orientation.
- Ability to prioritize, make decisions, and handle complex situations diplomatically.
- Proficiency in office and management tools (CMMS, Excel, tracking software).
Languages:
- Fluent in French (spoken and written).
- Professional Arabic.
- English preferred.
