Context & Challenges
As part of the development of its real estate projects, A. Lazrak Group, a leading real estate player in Morocco since 1953, is seeking a passionate, committed, and curious intern eager to gain an immersive experience at the heart of real estate commercialization.
This internship provides a 360° overview of commercial, marketing, sales administration (ADV), and data-related challenges, with strong exposure to operational teams and digital tools.
Main Responsibilities (Immersion Mode)
The intern will be actively involved in the following areas:
Sales & Sales Administration (ADV)
- Monitoring prospects and sales (CRM, dashboards)
- Supporting the sales team in lead management and appointment scheduling
- Participating in sales administration processes: reservations, client files, reporting
- Analyzing customer journeys and conversion rates
Marketing & Commercialization
- Contributing to the commercialization of real estate projects
- Participating in the development of marketing materials and campaigns
- Analyzing the performance of acquisition channels (online / offline)
Business Intelligence & Data
- Collecting, structuring, and exploiting sales data
- Creating or improving dashboards (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
- Analyzing sales performance indicators
- Supporting data-driven decision-making
Automation & Processes
- Proactively suggesting improvements to tools and working methods
- Contributing to the optimization of sales processes
- Participating in automation projects (reporting, CRM, workflows)
Required Profile
- Final-year student in business school, management, marketing, finance, or Business Intelligence
- Strong interest in sales, real estate, and data
- Comfortable with numbers, Excel, and digital tools (Power BI is a plus)
- Curious, well-organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Willingness to learn and actively get involved
