As part of the development of its projects in Agadir, A. Lazrak Group is recruiting a Real Estate Sales Consultant (M/F) specializing in residential subdivision sales.

Main Responsibilities

Reporting to the Sales Department, your main duties will include:

  • Conducting market monitoring on residential subdivisions in Agadir.
  • Welcoming and supporting clients throughout their residential land acquisition process;
  • Presenting the projects along with their technical, urban planning and legal features;
  • Advising clients according to their needs and budgets;
  • Managing prospects and clients through CRM tools;
  • Overseeing the entire sales process up to closing and contract signing;
  • Building and maintaining long-term trust-based client relationships;
  • Achieving assigned commercial targets;
  • Coordinating with internal teams (administrative, technical, marketing);
  • Providing input on localized commercial actions;

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3 or equivalent);
  • Proven minimum 3-year experience in residential subdivision sales in Agadir;
  • Good knowledge of the local real estate market and its stakeholders;
  • Solid command of sales and negotiation techniques;
  • Strong proficiency in computer and CRM tools;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy and rigor;
  • Strong commercial mindset, perseverance and customer-service orientation;
  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously with structure and method.
