As part of the launch and commercialization of an exclusive real estate project in Casablanca, A. Lazrak Group is recruiting a Senior Real Estate Sales Consultant (M/F).
Main Responsibilities
Reporting to the Sales Department, your main responsibilities will include:
- Conducting active monitoring of the high-end real estate market in Casablanca.
- Welcoming a demanding clientele, analyzing their needs and supporting them in their acquisition decision;
- Mastering all aspects of the real estate project (concept, features, positioning) and presenting it with an adapted premium sales pitch;
- Providing comprehensive client support from unit selection to contract signing and administrative follow-up;
- Updating and managing CRM tools with accurate and reliable data;
- Ensuring structured and proactive commercial follow-up throughout the sales cycle;
- Keeping clients regularly informed about project progress up to delivery;
- Guaranteeing a smooth, personalized and reassuring client experience;
- Deploying the commercial strategy and achieving defined objectives;
- Working closely with internal teams (call center, marketing, management);
- Proposing commercial initiatives and contributing to the project’s positioning strategy;
- Conducting active monitoring of the high-end real estate market in Casablanca.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor +4/5 or equivalent education;
- Proven minimum 5-year experience in a similar position, ideally within an exclusive or high-end real estate project;
- Strong knowledge of Casablanca’s premium real estate market;
- Solid command of sales and negotiation techniques;
- Excellent oral and written expression in French;
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools and computer applications;
- High client-service orientation, rigor and professionalism;
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy and follow-through;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, persuasion capabilities and discretion;
- Team spirit and commitment to achieving results.
