The historic core of Groupe A. Lazrak is formed by the real-estate firm “Cabinet Immobilier Abdellah Lazrak, CIAL”, established by its founder more than seventy years ago.
This firm, which quickly became one of the most renowned on the national scene, broadened its scope—from simple real-estate sales transactions to expertise and advisory services, from delegated project management of building works to the technical and financial structuring of real-estate programmes and finally to direct investment and project-company management.

It is at the very moment when the real-estate sector is professionalising at great speed, and when every project must be more thoroughly studied before its launch, that I appreciate the value of the intangible capital my father built over more than seventy years at the Cabinet Immobilier Abdellah Lazrak.
This intangible capital—founded on an irreproachable reputation, on values of rigour and commitment, on recognised human competencies and an in-depth knowledge of market evolutions—constitutes the foundation of the Group we have created from the historic core.
This Group, proud of the trust and loyalty of its clients and partners, and resolutely focused on deepening its know-how and refining its operational modes, concentrates on its four fields of excellence in real-estate assets:

Five dedicated subsidiaries therefore constitute today the real-estate group A. Lazrak, which I am proud to chair: Lazrak Advisory, Lazrak Brokerage, Lazrak Contractors, Lazrak Fund Management and Lazrak Transactions.
