International Certifications
In March 2024, our subsidiary Lazrak Contractors / Turnkey Facilities obtained three major international certifications issued by Bureau Veritas, attesting to our high standards and rigor across all operations:


ISO 9001: 2015 – Quality Management System
Ensures controlled processes, strict compliance with deadlines, and a strong customer-satisfaction focus.

ISO 14001: 2015 – Environmental Management System
Commits Groupe A. Lazrak to proactive environmental protection and to reducing the ecological footprint of its activities.

ISO 45001: 2018 – Occupational Health and Safety
Guarantees a safe working environment, prevents risks, and promotes the well-being of our employees.
Wastewater Reuse – Dakhla South Bay WWTP
At the Dakhla South Bay Hotel site, a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) has been installed to treat and reuse domestic water. The recycled water is used for irrigating green spaces, helping to preserve natural resources in a region with high water stress.
This initiative is part of a broader environmental effort to reduce the project’s ecological footprint and promote sustainable water management.
Award-Winning Customer Service – 2018 & 2019
Following the launch of its real-estate marketing operations, Groupe A. Lazrak was twice distinguished as “Customer Service of the Year – Morocco” in 2018 and 2019.
This recognition highlighted the attentiveness, responsiveness, and professionalism of our teams and confirmed the central place of customer satisfaction in the Group’s strategy.
These awards remain today a foundational reference for the Group’s quality commitment.
Social Impact Initiatives for Youth Employability and Education
In line with its values, the Group has launched several high-impact social initiatives:
- Free training programs in artificial intelligence and office automation to strengthen the employability of job seekers.
- Soft-skills development programs (communication, leadership, teamwork, time management) to foster self-confidence and initiative.
- Educational workshops for children from underprivileged neighborhoods, promoting digital discovery and creativity.
A first cohort has already benefited from these programs, and a second one will be launched in November 2025, underscoring Groupe A. Lazrak’s long-term commitment to sustainable social action.
