Position
As part of the development of its real estate projects, Groupe A. Lazrak is recruiting a Sales Administration Officer (ADV) based in Casablanca.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure administrative follow-up of sales for each project
- Manage client files from reservation to final signature
- Monitor payments, schedules, and outstanding balances
- Handle unpaid invoices, withdrawals, and contract cancellations
- Review notarized contracts and follow up on signatures
- Coordinate with notaries and banking institutions
- Track loan disbursements
- Ensure data accuracy and reliability within the CRM
- Manage both physical and digital archiving of files
- Produce sales and revenue reports
Profile Required
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3 minimum) in Management, Accounting, or Economics
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within the real estate sector
- Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables)
- Experience with CRM tools (Gecimmo preferred)
- Knowledge of Odoo is a plus
